Liability Waiver & Release of Claims

By purchasing a ticket or attending Bon Fire & Friends, I acknowledge and understand that participation involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, burns, or other injuries that may occur during activities near open flames, uneven ground, or while engaging in event entertainment such as dancing or physical activities. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and participation.

I hereby release and hold harmless Bon Fire & Friends, Dempsy Productions, event organizers, staff, vendors, sponsors, and all affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from injury, loss, or harm sustained before, during, or after the event. I agree to participate responsibly and follow all safety guidelines provided by event staff.
